On the other hand, the dimensional accuracy of blank after forming is low, which is mainly shown in large spring back. we are at present stage the spring back compensation is obtained by CAE simulation, production and adding amount of compensation when die modification, increase the stiffener on products at the same time to control the spring back, follow-up in the mold try out stage, through adjust die to analysis and compensate the lack of actual spring back amount value. By using these methods, we can greatly improve the spring back of high strength steel plate.
