Background:

Several line dies usually can be placed within a single press. This allows the operator to     transfer the parts from die to die to with a minimal travel distance. Larger line dies often are placed in individual presses close together in a line, an arrangement referred to as tandem line presses. It is mainly suitable for the product line with small output requirements, relatively independent processing procedures and strong elastic production capacity.  

The process of this part is a 400T compound blanking die and all eight steps in one die, which are form, bend, bend, bend, bend, pierce, bend, restrike process. All these steps in one die obviously reduce the number of dies, which can improve the work efficiency and save the production cost.
