c. Loading and unloading sensors, double-material detection, hand clamping sensors, in-mold sensors, etc. can be added to detect the position and status of blanks and parts in production, with high safety.

d. There are high requirements for the feeding height and stamping direction of the molds at each station. In order to ensure the stability of feeding, it is generally necessary to ensure that the status and process of each process are consistent.

In view of the technological characteristics of its various processes distributed on an integral material belt and the high technological strokes that can be achieved, it can be applied to the production of small parts on the car body and can meet the high supply volume. Multi-station stamping automatic production line: It can be applied to the rapid production of medium-sized parts, beams that are not easily deformed, symmetrical parts with complex shapes in left and right co-molding, and products that can be clamped by the gripper on the automatic rod can be applied to this automatic line production. Tandem stamping automatic production line: Because each process is independently distributed in each press, this production line has the highest flexibility and is suitable for large-scale panels with complex production processes.
